Skeleton files for RnaViz
If you are using RnaViz to visualise RNA secondary structures then these skeleton files may be useful.
What is a skeleton file?
A skeleton file contains the layout of the structural elements in a previously made, structuraly similar drawing.
The use of skeleton files makes it very easy to create a lot of drawings using the same layout. Hence, sequences from congeneric or closely related lice could use the same skeleton file.
