File types

CT format The format created by M. Zuker's MFOLD program and which can be read by most RNA folding and viewing programs
GIF format A bitmap image of the structure
Adobe PDF format Requires Adobe Acrobat to view
Private A sequence that has not been made publically available yet (typically this means it is in GenBank but not released until a related paper is published. If you want a sequence please contact me).
